1. 用 Thank you for your enquiry of ...和 recommend 分別代替 In reply to 和 introduce 更顯親切。
2.為避免泄露，最后傳到客戶手中，特別是資信不可靠經(jīng)營較差的客戶，資信報告通常用不帶行頭的信紙分開書寫，在信封上標明“保密樹料”，通常，總是有如第二段這樣自我免責的一句話， 避免事后卷入糾紛。
