原文的“倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)物”不應(yīng)為warehousing goods，應(yīng)為warehoused goods。這里warehouse是及物動(dòng)詞，意為to deposit, store, or store in or as if in a warehouse (在倉(cāng)庫(kù)存放); warehousing一般作名詞，意為“倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)”，“倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)費(fèi)”。“倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)物”應(yīng)理解為“倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)在倉(cāng)庫(kù)里的貨物”, 因此為warehoused goods。此句可改為：
Upon the requirement of the storing party or the person who holds the warehouse warrant, the safekeeping party shall permit the person in question to inspect the warehoused goods or take samples.
